Job Summary The Manager, Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of the Infusion Technology business in the U.S. The Manager, Marketing will guide digital marketing strategy and actively collaborate with multiple Fresenius Kabi business functions, including commercial excellence, meeting & planning, product development, regulatory, medical, legal, contract marketing, customer service, sales, and national accounts.

This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.   • Develops andmaintainsan understanding of FreseniusKabi'sinfusion technology business, including current and future market trends for IV Therapy offerings, products, and competitors.
  • Performs a key role in the development of digital strategy for the US infusion technology/IV therapy portfolio business.
  • Works to optimize omnichannel campaigns and establish key performance indicators to help assess success and determine opportunities for enhancements.
  • Supports national conference strategy,drivesdevelopment of materials and promotions for conferences, and collaborates with cross-functional planning teams.
  • Manages website updates and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and analyzes website metrics to determine opportunities for improvements.
  • Helps develop advertising strategy and works with media agencies on ad creation, placements and analysis.
  • Collaborates with field teams to understand customer needs and collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to drive IVT projects through execution.
  • Collaborates with agencies and/or vendors to develop sales collateral and other marketing materials based on business needs.
  • Trackscontent in Veeva PromoMats and manages collateral updates and improvements.
  • Completes necessary paperwork for project oversight, such as needs assessment forms, statements of work, and sponsorship forms.
  • Leads development and management of SharePoint team portal.
  • Attends and provides support at conferences and customer events as needed.
  • Completes all training requirements, including all department-specific, compliance training, etc.
  • Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned by management.
  • All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of related experience (Healthcare or related industry i.e., Med Tech, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical highly preferred).
  • Experience in digital marketing, website development, and campaign analytics.
  • FDA-regulated product experience a plus.
  • Understanding of IV therapy and infusion pump applications to inform market insights and product strategies is preferred.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage ambiguity, and handle competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and execute both strategic and tactical plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence in a matrix organization.
  • Results-driven, innovative, and solutions-oriented with sound decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms (i.e., SAP, Salesforce.com).
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects with demonstrated time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet business/customer needs.
  • Travel may be required (approx. 10%).
