We are seeking a visionary individual to revolutionize how content is created within our next-generation gaming initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will wield your creativity and systems thinking to design, build, and refine cutting-edge AI-driven content generation workflows. Your work will directly shape the player experience of an unannounced game, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and engaging live gaming content. **What You'll Do:**

* Architect, write, and continuously refine prompts to generate structured, high-quality content.

* Develop and maintain robust prompt frameworks that are scalable across diverse topics and content formats.

* Rigorously test AI outputs, pinpoint failure patterns, and implement systematic improvements.

* Establish clear rules, constraints, and data schemas (including JSON outputs) to ensure content consistency and integrity.

* Assess content quality comprehensively, focusing on accuracy, engagement, and repeatability.

* Innovate by developing new content formats and expanding existing ones to enrich player experiences.

* Collaborate on the development and optimization of tooling, utilizing various AI platforms, spreadsheets, and structured workflows.

* Drive rapid prototyping, validation, and refinement of ideas through hands-on experimentation and iteration.

* Operate as a mid-level individual contributor, driving initiatives independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

* Your contributions will directly lead to consistently accurate, engaging, and well-structured outputs, scalable prompt systems, systematically eliminated failure cases, and the successful introduction of production-ready new content formats.

**Required Skills:**

* Exceptional writing skills, demonstrating clarity, precise tone, and engaging style.

* Proven systems thinking, capable of transforming ambiguous objectives into structured rules and repeatable outputs.

* Hands-on experience iterating on AI prompts or working extensively with generative models.

* Proficiency in working with structured data, including JSON, schemas, and validation rules.

* Robust problem-solving abilities, with a focus on debugging AI outputs rather than merely crafting prompts.

* A strong bias toward action, characterized by a proactive approach to testing, shipping, and continuous improvement.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Experience in building or scaling complex content generation systems.

* Familiarity with prompt evaluation methodologies, scoring, or test harnesses.

* A background in games, educational content, or interactive media.

* Light scripting or data manipulation experience.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
