We are on the hunt for an experienced Recruiter to support a mixture of exempt and non-exempt level positions within our Operations and Supply Chain function. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers and HR, and play a critical role in ensuring our teams are staffed with great talent who keep our operations running. This is a remote, hands-on recruiting role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with leaders and candidates.

What You'll Do

* Own full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer

* Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities

* Source candidates through job boards, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach

* Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and fit

* Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support interview and selection decisions

* Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system

* Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Operations and Supply Chain.

* Strong sourcing capabilities.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
