Housing Coordinator Reston, VA Pay $23.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Housing Coordinator 2+ years meeting or conference/hotel experience Highly organized with excellent follow-through. Ability to track multiple detail-oriented projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prioritizes outstanding customer service. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and results oriented DUTIES: Assists Account Managers on accounts ranging from 50 rooms to 30,000 rooms. Respond to questions from customers and hotels through email, telephone, and fax. Backs up the Housing Correspondence Coordinator with managing incoming show email Alerts Account Managers of general show trends and/or website related issues Maintain files of pertinent show information as provided by Housing Account Managers and acts as a liaison with Customer Service. Enters contracted hotel information into the Database Management System. Provides back up show coverage during staff absences. Assists with the hotel report process Coordinates with hotels to obtain rooming lists Checks hotel rooming lists for accuracy Coordinates with hotels to obtain final pick-up numbers, post-show audit results, and other hotel related items. Maintains historical files for all shows creating a final all-hotel, pick-up report. Perform data entry and other duties as assigned Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
