Hybrid model with inpatient warm handoffs, and virtual and ambulatory.
Therapy visits. Shift: M-F. Please include a cover letter. * At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in high-acuity areas (i.e., ICU, ED, or crisis centers) * Experience working with an interdisciplinary healthcare team * Demonstrated comfort with therapeutic interventions and skills appropriate for helping families and patients navigate medical crises and complex conditions, chronic illness, traumatic injury, grief and loss Background checks and pre-employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen. 1) Administration 2) Professional 3) Clinical * Addresses trauma, anxiety, and depression, facilitates parent-infant bonding, provides crisis intervention, and assists with navigating severe illness, grief and loss, or developmental challenges 4) Leadership MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited social work program required Experience: 3 years' experience post master's required. Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia (LCSW) or applicants with an active license from another state must obtain Virginia LCSW within 18 months of hire date. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires sitting for prolonged periods, standing/traveling or use of assistive and climbing (stairs, steps). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail, hear, speak, see, distinguish colors, read, ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull less than 20lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The starting base rate for this role is $61,443.20 annually.
