SLB is seeking a strategic Unconventional DigitalTechnical Manager. Embedding the Digital Thread to drive Performance and Reliability at scale.

This role is about embedding the Digital Threadacross product lines-connecting data, workflows, and decisions from design through execution to production optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with SLB product lines (Artificial Lift, Chemistry, Surveillance, Data & AI, Subsurface, Drilling) to integrate digital into core unconventional workflows, enabling Performance by Design

  • Drive the deployment of SLB digital platforms to connect subsurface, well construction, and production domains into a unified Data & AI ecosystem

  • Establish and scale the Digital Thread, ensuring continuity of data from planning to execution, production operations, re-development and increase recovery.

  • Leverage real-time data, automation, and AI/analytics to transition operations from reactive to predictive and prescriptive

  • Improve operational KPIs such as stage execution efficiency, non-productive time, asset utilization, and production outcomes

  • Champion Reliability and Qualityby ensuring digital solutions meet SLB standards for safety, uptime, field robustness and market fit

  • Lead cross-functional execution across product lines, digital, and field teams-ensuring solutions are adopted and sustained in North America Land

  • Accelerate fit-for-basinsolutions while maintaining potential for global scalability

What You Bring

  • Strong foundation in digital technologies (data platforms, real-time systems, automation, data platforms and AI)within industrial or energy environments

  • Experience in unconventional oil and gas operations, with understanding of North American unconventional workflows

  • Proven track record of delivering Performance Impactthrough digital transformation

  • Familiarity with integrated platforms & ecosystems

  • Ability to operate across SLB's global structure, aligning regions, product lines, and technology teams
