As a Scheduling Analyst II within our Renewables team, you will play a critical role in keeping complex projects on track. Your expertise in project scheduling will directly contribute to bringing clean energy solutions to life, on time and within scope.

The Scheduling Analyst II is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure project timelines are both realistic and achievable.

What You Will Do:



  • Develop and maintain detailed Integrated Master Project Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect approved changes in scope, timelines, cost, and resources
  • Coordinate with project managers, team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule updates
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts, trends, and provide recommendations for resolution through variance reports and what-if scenarios
  • Ensure compliance with company project controls policies and procedures related to project planning and scheduling, earned value, rules of credit, among others.
  • Ability to conduct forensic schedule analysis using dynamic CPM schedule models
  • Develop and manage schedule Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field with at least two (2) years of project scheduling experience in the energy, construction, or engineering industries
  • Alternatively, an Associate Degree or High School diploma/GED with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant project scheduling experience in those industries
  • Certification such as PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent is a plus and demonstrates applied scheduling knowledge
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with working knowledge of Procore, Power BI, and the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data import, pivot tables, charts, graphs, and formulas such as VLOOKUP for customized schedule analysis
  • Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, including KPI tracking and S-Curve analysis
  • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and with stakeholders



Additional Details



  • This role is eligible for our hybrid in-office work policy and is not eligible for fully remote working
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies



Compensation

Salary Range: $77,100 - $118,220 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
