Join our mission as our next Senior Global Product Manager, Assays, Distribution & OEM Strategy.The Senior Product Management role within the Transfusion Medicine (TM) business unit serves as the strategic leader of assays with expanded accountability for global distribution strategy and OEM assay/reagent partnerships. Owning the full business lifecycle from strategy development through commercialization and post-launch performance optimization. The position is responsible for defining the business case, financial model, channel strategy, OEM partnership framework, and long-term value creation plan for assigned products. This role integrates customer insights, competitive intelligence, forecasting analytics, supply chain economics, and cross-functional execution to ensure portfolio decisions align with enterprise growth, margin expansion, and global market penetration objectives. This role requires the ability to balance detailed operational oversight with a strategic mindset that shapes portfolio direction, channel architecture, and partnership investment decisions.

Up to 25% travel (domestic and international), including overnight travel. Global engagement across commercial partners and OEM sites required. The Physical DemandsNo strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Travel up to 25% domestic and global including airplane, automobile, or train. Salary TransparencyThe salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000 and is bonus eligible.
