These are the qualifications that matter.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
  • Proven success leading continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt a plus)
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience with change management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals and Lean principles
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects focused on quality, productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to establish KPIs and improvement targets
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Lead change management efforts and support teams through process improvements and operational changes
  • Plan and manage improvement projects from concept through implementation and completion
  • Conduct benchmarking activities and recommend best practices to improve performance
  • Collaborate with quality teams to improve product and service quality standards
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to improvement initiatives and project results
  • Maintain process documentation, standard work, and continuous improvement records
