Identify coating type needed and assist in determining process steps for application Perform masking, grit blasting, and hand spraying using a plasma torch Clean up and finish coated parts using hand files Participate in Research and Development activities and contribute to coating process problem-solving Prep completed parts for shipment Follow all PPE requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area What It Takes to Succeed Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills High mechanical aptitude with comfort using hand and power tools Willingness to learn and adapt to frequent change Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for prolonged periods Available for a 1-month training period, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Why This Job?
