Systems Administrator to assist the Operational Services Division. Chelsea, MA - onsite daily 12 month contract to start, could extend Primary Responsibilities: * Document the network topology of the OSD's print shop. * Document the setup of inserters and sorters, including ports and IP ranges. * Provide technical support for OSD's print shop, servers and network infrastructure. * Document the current DF Works network setup, including ports and protocols. * Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, networking and systems. * Document the software installed on desktops, along with the required ports and protocols. Qualifications: * 4+ years of IT experience in a support or systems/network administration role. * 3+ years' experience working in a data center environment or equivalent. * Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2012 - 2022). * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure). * Strong understanding of networking concepts: firewalls and routing protocols. * Understanding of system hardening and security compliance. The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
