Responsibilities Has a substantial understanding of the job while working on moderately difficult assignments, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations. Focuses on moderately difficult tasks, with substantial understanding of standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team. Queue Management & Reporting
