Job Summary

The Brand Marketing Intern will provide assistance to our Home & Personal Care ("HPC") business Marketing teams with day-to-day reporting, analysis, and various project work. Some administrative support required. This internship is part-time at 20 hours per week and will run from May-August. This is a hybrid role, based in our Parsippany, NJ office Tuesday-Thursday.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report market data and POS data from category and retail level. Share insights across broader Regional Marketing team.
  • Review competitive packaging and Best-in-Class packaging guidelines and compare to that of HPC's to identify opportunities for stronger shelf presence and conversion rates.
  • Create sell sheets, product knowledge materials and other ad hoc materials.
  • Assist in enhancing our DTC platforms with new item setup, ratings and reviews, and content (Websites, Social Commerce).
  • Assist in PDP/Content optimizations across our retailer partners and work closely the content team to enhance (audit) existing content.
  • Review global creative assets monthly, curating and archiving those most relevant for regional organic social channels
  • Assist with administrative duties such as purchasing competitive samples, shipping requests, and meeting set up.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Actively pursuing BS/BA in Business and completed at least one Marketing related class
  • Degree Emphasis in Marketing, highly preferred

Required Skills

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required.

Work Environment

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
