Overview

The Talent Coordination Specialist at Brightview serves as the first point of contact for our applicants and plays an integral role in representing the employment brand and company values to our frontline applicants!

This position will be supporting the Annapolis/Anne Arundel & Baltimore County Regions in Maryland.


Responsibilities

  • Your contact with candidates will be begin immediately after application as you deliver a seamless, timely and a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Using your talents to connect with people at all levels, you will collaborate with multiple communities within a region to streamline the interview process, schedule interviews for multiple hiring managers, and screen candidates when needed. You will travel to communities within the region occasionally and meet with the teams as needed!
  • Your ability to multitask will be valued as you will track multiple candidates for multiple roles with competing demands and without anything falling through the cracks!
  • You'll have the opportunity to occasionally provide on-site support to communities during larger scale interview events.

Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.


Qualifications

  • A 4- year degree is preferred OR have the equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal experience includes 2+ years of professional work experience in recruiting, customer service, HR, administrative support, marketing, etc.
  • Experience working in a senior living community would be a plus, but not required.
  • Relationship building is vitally important in this role, and you have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills that make you successful when it comes to being a key resource for our communities as well as an exceptional collaborator.
  • You're excited to build on your previous experience and want to contribute to a growing, fast-paced team.
  • As a detail oriented, strategic thinker, you know how to build, manage, and streamline processes to ensure goals are met and that resources are used to their fullest extent.
  • You are committed to helping build a diverse team, and proactively research new ways to engage candidates and attract top talent.
  • You can navigate technology with ease, Microsoft Office products in particular, and have the ability to quickly master new applications.
  • Your ability to quickly connect with people and communicate persuasively with individuals of varying demographics, backgrounds, experiences, styles, and skill sets.
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including proper grammar and professional writing who can seamlessly juggle multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring everyone is appropriately communicated with.
  • You have great skills with social media applications, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • You will be outside of the office at communities, events, and other related functions up to 25% of the time.
