Base Pay Range:$19.15 to $30.23 per hour, based on experience.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage numerous and complex schedules and templates for service requested.
  • Develop positive relationships with leadership and end users to effectively implement requested changes and concerns.
  • Above average problem-solving and communication skills, function as a self-starter with initiative to pay attention to detail, and demonstrates follow through on issues.
  • Participate in committees to share recommendations on best practices.
  • Consult and collaborate with leadership and the technology department to ensure appropriate build in all appropriate domains, appropriate access, and determine support needs.
  • Manage, plan, and implement special projects as assigned.
  • May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
  • Three (3) years of scheduling, clerical, office, or healthcare related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Scheduling experience in a hospital or clinic environment is highly preferred.
  • Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
