About the Role

The Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst is an early-career, operational role on our North America Finance & Accounting team. You'll own the day-to-day execution of variable compensation processes-managing commission and incentive payouts that directly influence sales performance and employee morale across the region. Working closely with Accounting, HR (Comp & Benefits), FP&A and business leaders, you'll validate calculations, resolve disputes, maintain incentive plan data, and support system improvements.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented problem-solver who wants hands-on compensation experience, frequent senior-leader exposure, and a clear path to more analytical, systems-focused roles (e.g., Compensation Analyst, Finance Systems, Reporting/Analytics).

Why this role matters
Accurate and timely incentive payouts keep our sales organization motivated and drive business results. In this role you'll protect controls, improve operational efficiency, and help shape how compensation systems and reporting scale as TD SYNNEX grows.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead each payout cycle end-to-end: validate inputs, calculate payouts, apply approved adjustments, and obtain necessary approvals.

  • Maintain incentive plans and participant assignments in the incentive management tool (quarterly/annual updates as required).

  • Produce and distribute standard and ad-hoc operational reports; help stakeholders navigate and interpret reporting outputs.

  • Perform account analyses and reconciliations related to incentive activity and payroll close steps.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or compensation disputes raised by internal customers, documenting resolution steps.

  • Support testing and implementation activities for system enhancements; update process documentation and contribute to change initiatives.

  • Identify and recommend process and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

  • Provide training and guidance on tool usage, reporting, and best practices for internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and other duties that support team objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Comfortable with numbers; strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and reconciliations.

  • Effective communicator-able to collaborate with peers and senior leaders and explain complex results clearly.

  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proactive, curious learner who takes initiative and adapts to change.

  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, shortcuts); macro/VBA experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Power BI, incentive management platforms, CRM/SAP Sales Cloud, or Workday is a plus-training will be provided.

  • High integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality and control requirements.

Working Conditions & Location

  • Hybrid work model (typically 3 days in office); primary locations: Clearwater, FL and Greenville, SC.

  • Professional office environment; occasional non-standard hours during payout cycles.
