HSE Advisor - Pipeline Construction

Play an integral role in supporting the safe execution of a major pipeline construction project in remote Alaska. This rotational position is responsible for promoting and maintaining a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture across construction activities while partnering closely with project leadership, field supervision, contractors, and craft personnel. You will join a collaborative project team focused on delivering critical infrastructure in a challenging and dynamic environment where safety leadership, sound judgment, and proactive engagement are essential to project success. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the project Health, Safety, and Environmental program across pipeline construction operations in Alaska. The role partners directly with Project Managers, Construction Managers, supervisors, contractors, and field personnel to identify risks, eliminate hazards, and ensure safe work practices are consistently maintained throughout all phases of construction. The HSE Advisor provides practical field-based guidance and technical support related to health, safety, and environmental compliance while helping foster a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. This position reports operationally to the Project or Construction Manager on all HSE program and operational matters. Core Responsibilities You will:
