This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Job Summary: At the direction of the Senior Manager, Building Operations, responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the CAS grounds, parking lots, and landscaping equipment. Responsible for coordinating all snow removal operations during the winter months. Responsible for providing grounds support for all outdoor events on campus and supporting setup and teardown.

Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the responsibilities of the position, the worker may exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects such as; office furniture, wall-partitioning, 55-gallon drums of liquids, and other containers of similar weight and bulk. The worker stands upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time; moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for moderate distances or moving from one work site to another. The duties require manual dexterity to hold, control and operate tools machinery, and/or vehicles with hands and fingers. The worker frequently reaches with hands and arms and occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls. The worker is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operating machines such as lathes, drill presses, power saws, and mills where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach; performing mechanical or skilled trades tasks of a non-repetitive nature. The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions (weather and temperature) where exposure lasts for more than one hour. The worker is subject to hazards, including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat, loud noises, oils and/or chemicals.
