Join our Commercial Loan Services team in a detail-driven role focused on the preliminary stages of commercial and consumer loan transactions.

We're looking for someone who is analytical, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines and complex documentation.

What You'll Do:



  • Ensure Loan Estimate and preliminary Closing Disclosures are prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions per the application and in compliance with regulatory requirements including TRID and Reg Z
  • Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Communicate with loan officers and internal partners to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues
  • Order and review due diligence items such as flood certifications, title fee estimates, background checks, and other supporting documentation
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support additional departmental responsibilities as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience including one or more of the following:

    • Commercial, mortgage, or consumer lending operations
    • Loan disclosures or pre-closing loan support
    • Mortgage or real estate title/escrow operations, with direct involvement in preparing disclosures or loan documents
    • Legal document review and analysis (preferably related to mortgage industry)
    • Real Estate Agent or Brokerage operations *Active real estate licenses must be placed in an inactive status upon hire


  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex documents and determine next steps
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated high level customer service experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and loan documentation systems



      Preferred Skills:



      • Familiarity of TRID, Regulations B, Z, RESPA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other federal and state laws and regulations
      • Working knowledge of complex consumer loan transactions, including title reports and exceptions
      • Understanding of consumer lending policies and procedures
      • LaserPro experience
