Project Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile contingent worker to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a period up to 12 months. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting high-volume recruiting activities and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail is essential to success in this position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations while the broader team is engaged in an HR transformation project. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus; experience with Workday is a bonus. Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling, coordinating directly with candidates and recruiters to arrange phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews.
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and accurate support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Post and advertise open positions across job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant sourcing platforms.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and shared cloud locations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including dashboards and presentations, as requested.
  • Support Talent Acquisition in preparation for career fairs and hiring events.
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition and HR programs, projects, and initiatives as needed.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service abilities when engaging with all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required, with strong prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (such as LinkedIn) and strong internet research skills.

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma, GED certificate or associate degree required.
