What You'll Need To Bring

• 5+ years experience in welding and fabrication within a manufacturing environment
• Team lead or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of TIG orbital welding, and stainless steel fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrications drawings, and weld procedures
• Proven TIG welding skills or training.
• Clean, precise welding techniques.
• Physical ability to keep moving all day.
• Safety-first approach, every shift.
