Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or operations within an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance workflows, or supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in scheduling and ERP/CMMS systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with maintenance planning and reliability programs
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
• Technical background or familiarity with industrial equipment and processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production and/or maintenance schedules to meet operational demands and customer deadlines
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, procurement, and leadership teams to align scheduling priorities
• Plan labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient execution of work
• Monitor schedule progress and adjust plans as needed to address delays, downtime, or resource constraints
• Analyze workflow, capacity, and production data to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Ensure all work orders, job plans, and materials are prepared and available prior to scheduled work
• Communicate schedule changes and updates clearly across departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and operational performance
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and system data related to scheduling activities
