This is 3-6-month internship to enrich classroom learning into real-time. The Laborary Testing co-op/intern will: * Work in an industrial manufacturing environment alongside supervisors, lab personnel, and plant managers. * Perform Method Validations after instruction and teaching. * Help with testing of changes to Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). * Update quality documents and records in all the analytical laboratories. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Accomplishes all tasks as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. * Must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher. SPECIAL SKILLS * Knowledge of related business discipline functional and technical skills * Ability to thrive in an environment where business and team needs may change to help "Make the Day". * Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access * Good writing skills and interpersonal skills * U.S. Person's Status is Required (Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical * Must pass a pre-employment background check. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $21.00 to $23.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1.5X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter
. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
