The Pharmacy Floor Technician supports the on-site pharmacist by preparing, processing, and maintaining prescription orders in a long-term care or home delivery pharmacy environment.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM OR 2:00 AM
Rotating weekends -11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Rotating Holidays - 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fill prescription orders for pharmacist verification
  • Receive, stock, and organize medications and supplies
  • Process wholesaler medication orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Support compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Perform clerical and documentation tasks
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician in NJ

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Pharmacy experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
