Key Responsibilities * Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and within established cutoff times * Perform data entry, verification, and release of wire transactions * Handle large-dollar wire transactions, including amounts up to tens of millions * Provide accurate, professional, and timely service to internal and external customers * Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information * Manage multiple priorities effectively while working under tight deadlines * Collaborate with team members to support business continuity during high-volume periods Required Qualifications * High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) * Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations, specifically wire transfers * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (experience may be obtained concurrently) * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive environments * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) * Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with domestic and foreign wire processing * Familiarity with large financial institutions or enterprise banking environments Business Impact * Wire Transfer Specialists play a critical role in ensuring fast, secure, and compliant movement of funds.
