Vaco is partnering with a nationally recognized consumer products organization to hire a Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst to support and evolve its ERP ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary owner of the Business Central environment, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating enhancements, and helping drive future reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization.

This is a highly cross-functional role supporting teams across Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys balancing technical administration, business process improvement, and stakeholder support within a growing ERP environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own, manage, and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and associated extensions
  • Coordinate Business Central updates, patches, and ISV extension management across sandbox and production environments
  • Test and validate updates in staging environments prior to production deployment
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system functionality
  • Support ERP-related projects, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization initiatives
  • Work closely with vendors and third-party partners during implementation and enhancement activities
  • Develop and maintain technical and process documentation related to the ERP environment
  • Build and maintain Power BI and RDLC reports to support operational and business insights
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests across the organization
  • Assist with future integration efforts between Business Central and the enterprise data warehouse environment
  • Help improve workflows, data quality, and system usability across business functions
Required Experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Customer Service
  • Experience managing updates, extensions, and system configurations within Business Central
  • Experience creating Power BI dashboards and RDLC reports
  • Familiarity with CAL and AL development concepts
  • Experience supporting ERP users and troubleshooting business process issues
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Nice to Have
  • Experience working within ERP environments running on SAS platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL or additional programming languages
  • Experience with object-oriented programming concepts such as VB or C#
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
  • Experience supporting ERP-to-data warehouse integrations
