The hospital's RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high-quality training for nurses.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse within the scope of practice.
• Assist the physician and registered nurse during endoscopy procedures.
• Responsible for care, cleaning, and troubleshooting endoscopic equipment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment within the endoscopy area.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Experience assisting with endoscopy procedures.
