What Does an Account Executive do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As an Account Executive you will focus on achieving key pillars including profit, volume and share goals with assigned accounts. Additionally, you will manage the annual customer joint business plan, daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting (based on channel criteria), actively managing Picture of Success (PicOS) and stewardship of our annual Retail Strategy.

Responsibilities:



  • Train, coach, and develop Field Sales teams, utilizing customer insights and KPI tools to accelerate growth
  • Develop relationships with customers as well as internal and external associates
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to discuss performance and secure incremental activity
  • Sell-in incremental SKUs as well as innovation, packages, equipment, and displays
  • Collaborate with NAOU Team and the customer to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver Company Pillars and overall Performance Profit. Communicate monthly activity and track overall performance
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to create custom programs and point of sale tied to Pillar Programs and Local Assets
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years Proven sales experience/customer management required
  • 4+ years Beverage or CPG selling experience required
  • 2+ years Sales operations experience preferred
  • Successful track record of building strong business relationships within the marketplace preferred
  • Understanding of promotional activities, product lines and competitive positioning
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills.
  • Must possess the ability to think strategically and have the ability to improve the Organization's performance within the assigned customer base
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • PowerBI, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Adaptive, Excel
  • Understanding of marketing and commercial activation preferred
  • Collaborating For Value and Collaborative Business Planning Skills preferred

Base pay range is $104,469-$137,116 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
