What to Expect The Non Conforming Materials Technician will apply technical skills to setup,operate, andmonitorall levels of manufacturing processes within development and full-scale production phases. The Non Conforming Materials Technician is a key member of the process development team focused on, prevention of process failure,initiatingtroubleshooting investigation and supporting various teams to bring the new product frominitialdesign, through prototype development and finally into full sustaining production.This role may involve working a night shift schedule, but flexibility toworka variety of shifts, including days, nights, and swing shifts, isrequired.
