Warehouse Associate / General Labor Location: New Albany, OH or Grove City, OH Job Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for warehouse/general labor roles supporting fastpaced operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent hours, overtime, and steady work. Key Responsibilities * Perform general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and material handling * Pick, pack, and sort products accurately * Assist with inventory and organizing materials * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Follow all safety guidelines and procedures * Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Schedule & Shifts * 1st and 2nd shifts available * Must be flexible to work either 1st or 2nd shift based on business needs * Up to 58 hours per week (overtime included) * Overtime may be required based on workload Qualifications * Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred (not required) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods * Teamoriented with a positive attitude Work Environment * Fastpaced warehouse setting * Physically active role * Safetyfocused environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
