*Description*
Commerce Operations (Paywall & SKU Management) * Work with Commerce Operations Manager and cross functionally to ensure successful launches. Projects will include the release of new Commerce-related features, product price increases, end to end commerce messaging events (price increase notices and 1x remediation), eligibility matrix across all products, process improvement and maintenance of source of truth documentation. * This person will work closely and collaboratively with other technical teams across Product, Marketing, Commerce, Customer Service, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Enterprise Consumer Payments and teams * The role will also require global collaboration across regional and commercial teams to support the global expansion of products and related global remit of the Commerce Ops team * The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy and ability to concurrently manage multiple workstreams and projects Responsibilities: * Point of contact for configuration of sign up, plan switch, cancel, promotional and in product upsell purchase flows, manage copy throughout the end to end user journey, troubleshoot bugs by reviewing curls and JSON files that connect the front end services to the price engine and unified recurring billing systems and work cross functionally with project TPMs to ensure successful end to end purchase experience * Configure complex offer use cases including but not limited to, payment phases per product component, separate external vs internal discount allocations and date-based phase transitions per price point and currency * Configure user cohorts used to determine product and plan eligibility for various user contexts and messaging needs. This includes knowledge of subscription attributes, billing credits, device sessions, entitlement structure, etc. * Work with Technical Account Management team and IAP partners to configure offers via Apple, Google, Amazon and other partner devices * Stand up end to end commerce transactional messaging events; including but not limited to price increase notices, Subscriber Agreement updates and/or bespoke one time sends * Provide feedback on the development and improvement of commerce product tools that will streamline commerce infrastructure and allow for optimum efficiency while minimizing monetary and reputational risk * Assist in maintaining all relevant documentation shared as the source of truth across the business and relevant stakeholders. This documentation can include but is not limited to: JIRA tickets Commerce Operations runbooks on a per project basis that house all Commerce and Messaging data artifacts Financial Trackers with relevant payment processing details Confluence Wiki for source-of-truth pricing, currency and platform support globally Tools & Systems Proprietary internal tool: Genie Plus (training provided; no prior experience expected) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Confluence JIRA Airtable (Non-proprietary tools are considered nice-to-haves, not mandatory) Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage repetitive, configuration-heavy work accurately Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with documentation and basic spreadsheet/word-processing tools Ability to track multiple updates and understand what changes are happening and when Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience Project management experience Data entry or configuration-focused roles Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar tools Work Environment Officially four days per week onsite in New York, with Fridays remote Flexibility available for extenuating circumstances Collaborative, crossfunctional team environment *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $47.30 - $47.30/hr.
