Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will work with our team to reinvent how our colleagues fulfill their technology needs while modernizing the support experience. You will be an integral member of a product management team executing on a transformational program aimed at modernizing our Servicing products and platforms to deliver a superior digital experience for our colleagues. We are looking for someone who can think strategically while consistently delivering incremental improvements to our global servicing experience. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: *Will partner with engineering teams to evaluate 3rd party software solutions, make informed recommendations on future platform selections and deploy in the Amex environment to ensure business needs are met. *Partner with cross functional team to deploying, maintaining and upgrading ServiceNow capabilities with configuration and testing experience a plus. *Will maintain and refine the product backlog, mapping user stories to the needs of the end customer, while prioritizing for business value. *Manage and participate in user acceptance testing to confirm that solutions meet customer needs and quality standards. *Act as a conduit between end users (Customers and Service Delivery teams) and our engineering team. You will work with users to understand their needs and desires, and you will have the technical skills to work with engineers to deliver those requirements. The output of your work is a superior product that end users value. *Use data and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience. *Leads cross team collaboration in a dynamic product development environment to gather data requirements & understand emerging trends. Will work with experts in big data, analytics, operations, project management, and engineering. *Supports the team in coordination of activities and request between various business and technology partners to ensure the core team remains on track to meet iteration deliverables *Leads sprint retrospectives to ensure lessons learned are carried forward in subsequent development activities Qualifications: *Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform and core functions that that underpin our Technology support processes at Amex. Key modules include: Incident, Interaction Records, Service Operations Workspace, Virtual Agent, Live Chat, NowAssist (GenAI), Walkup Experience, Search, Workforce Planning, Knowledge Management. *Experience deploying, maintaining and upgrading ServiceNow capabilities with configuration and testing experience a plus. *Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, software engineering or a related field. *5+ years of experience in a product management, service delivery, business analysis, or related field *Strategic thinker with a strong passion for understanding and solving customers' needs *Strong customer orientation and proven experience translating customer insights into action *Candidate must be proficient working in Agile software development environment and fluent with Agile tools (Jira, other) *Superior relationship management and communication skills *Experience working with rapid and iterative development teams strongly preferred *Skills* Agile, Agile methodology *Top Skills Details* Agile,Agile methodology *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Prior experience in end user computing, production support, or customer service is a plus. *A passion for technology, innovation, and driving a self-help culture. *Must have a forward looking "growth mindset" with a focus on emerging customer service industry trends and technologies *Working experience with reporting/analytical applications such as MS Excel, Tableau, and/ or PowerBI. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $74.00 - $74.00/hr.
