Marketing Intern - Campaigns & Sales Support

The Marketing Intern - Campaigns & Sales Support will support regional marketing associates and the broader marketing function by helping with campaign execution, content coordination, reporting, and sales support materials. The ideal candidate is interested in learning how marketing campaigns are developed and how marketing supports sales and business development efforts.

Pave America is seeking motivated interns to join our summer marketing internship program. These roles provide hands-on experience supporting active marketing initiatives while working closely with experienced professionals across social media, creative, and regional marketing functions.

This is an 8-week paid internship running June through August. Interns work 40 hours per week in a hybrid/remote format and are expected to report two days per week to Bell Works in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Candidates must be based in New Jersey. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour, and a letter of recommendation will be provided upon successful completion.

Support campaign development and execution across regional marketing initiatives
• Help prepare brochures, presentations, case studies, and other sales enablement materials
• Assist with content coordination across social, design, and regional marketing teams
• Track campaign deliverables and help maintain organized workflows and deadlines
• Help gather and summarize performance data for reports and internal updates
• Support the development of localized content and messaging for specific markets
• Assist with event preparation, internal marketing coordination, and promotional logistics
• Contribute research and administrative support for active marketing projects
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate across departments

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Interest in campaign operations, content support, and sales enablement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving team environment
