Overview LMI is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support the LIGER AI Platform - a cross-functional product team delivering advanced AI workspace capabilities, including agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, and data analysis tools to federal civilian and defense customers. The Scrum Master will lead Agile ceremonies, coach the team on Lean-Agile practices, and serve as a key connector between product, engineering, and customer stakeholders. This role operates in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where LIGER is deployed across cloud, air-gapped, and classified networks, and where the team is expected to deliver working software on a continuous release cadence. This position requires the ability to obtain a CBP Background Investigation; U.S. citizenship is required. This position requires an active Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain). Facilitate all Agile team ceremonies - Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - for the LIGER product team.
