LMI is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support the LIGER AI Platform - a cross-functional product team delivering advanced AI workspace capabilities, including agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, and data analysis tools to federal civilian and defense customers.

The Scrum Master will lead Agile ceremonies, coach the team on Lean-Agile practices, and serve as a key connector between product, engineering, and customer stakeholders. This role operates in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where LIGER is deployed across cloud, air-gapped, and classified networks, and where the team is expected to deliver working software on a continuous release cadence. This position requires the ability to obtain a CBP Background Investigation; U.S. citizenship is required. This position requires an active Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain).

LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. Investing in technology and prototypes ahead of need, LMI brings commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI to federal agencies at commercial speed.

Leveraging our mission-ready technology and solutions, proven expertise in federal deployment, and strategic relationships, we enhance outcomes for the government, efficiently and effectively. With a focus on agility and collaboration, LMI serves the defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors-helping agencies navigate complexity and outpace change. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.

  • Coordinate with federal customer stakeholders - including civilian agency and DoD personnel - to ensure user adoption, training, and engagement priorities are addressed.
  • Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers in coordination with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, and engineering leads across LIGER deployments.
  • Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, sprint goals, improvement items) to product leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and Inspect & Adapt events where applicable.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, user-focused delivery, and proactive problem-solving across the LIGER product team.
  • Support onboarding of new team members to LIGER platform tooling, workflows, and delivery standards.
