Responsibilities: JOB SUMMARY A Compensation Specialist supports the administration and execution of compensation programs and processes. This role performs transactional work, ensures data accuracy, and provides guidance based on established policies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Administer compensation transactions including promotions, transfers, and salary changes. Maintain accurate market and equity data within Compensation systems. Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, adjustments). Provide basic compensation guidance to organizational leaders. Assist with job description update requests. Generate standard reports and support audits. Respond to compensation-related inquiries. Support documentation and maintenance of compensation programs. Escalate complex issues to senior team members. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION High School Diploma Required EXPERIENCE 2 years of experience in HR, compensation, or related field.
