Director, Revenue Cycle

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for the end-to-end performance, strategy, and optimization of the revenue cycle across a multi-specialty, multi-facility medical group, including primary care, urgent care, radiology, and specialty services.

This role provides enterprise-level governance overall revenue cycle functions-patient access, coding, billing, accounts receivable, denials management, and financial recovery-ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals and value-based care strategies.

The Director will lead the strategic integration of front-, mid-, and back-end revenue cycle operations, partner with executive leadership, and foster a culture of financial accountability, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field required

* Master's degree (MBA, MHA) preferred

Experience

* 8-12+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience

* Experience in multi-specialty medical groups, including:

* Primary care

* Urgent care

* Radiology

* Specialty services

* Proven success managing multi-site operations and complex payer environments

* Experience with value-based care models (Medicare Advantage, ACA, capitation
