The Business Process Consultant serves as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in the continuous improvement of our enterprise platforms, with a mandate to drive large-scale transformation across clinical and operational functions.

If you thrive at the intersection of process design, platform strategy, and organizational change and you can hold your own in a room with executive leadership and clinical directors we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Process Transformation & Change Leadership:Develop the enterprise-wide roadmap for process maturity. Design "to-be" ecosystems that break down departmental silos and position ServiceNow as a unified engine for clinical and operational excellence. Lead the organizational change management strategy for major platform transitions including cultural impact assessments and transition frameworks that protect continuity of pediatric patient care.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory:Facilitate high-level requirements-gathering sessions with executive leadership and clinical directors. Assess competing business priorities and deliver expert recommendations on resource allocation, project feasibility, and technical alignment. You're not just gathering requirements you're advising on what should be built and why.

Enterprise Workflow Governance & Process Improvement:Establish and monitor global standards for process documentation and workflow logic. Audit existing platform processes to identify systemic inefficiencies and technical debt. Implement a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) framework across IT and business units. Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies for application in a pediatric healthcare environment.

Advanced Data Analysis & Business Cases:Analyze complex data sets and process mining logs to surface hidden bottlenecks and performance gaps. Build ROI models and business cases that quantify the value of proposed changes and give leadership the data they need to make confident decisions.
