Day Co. Inc., a respected paving and excavation company that operates in Maryland and Virginia, is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the asphalt production facility, while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality asphalt materials. This role manages plant personnel, production schedules, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and regulatory compliance while meeting company performance and profitability goals. Requirements:
