Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.

Salary:$100,000 - $125,000per year + annual bonus

Summary:

The Manager of Growth Initiatives is responsible for delivering actionable business insights and providing strategic leadership in support of Osaic's supported platforms. In this role, the individual serves as a key partner to Wealth Management Solutions leadership, particularly the Wealth Management Platforms team, by driving organic growth initiatives, enhancing advisor and client adoption, and supporting the marketing and promotion of Osaic's cash and lending solutions. This position focuses on identifying growth opportunities within Osaic's existing ecosystem, developing performance measurement frameworks, and translating data into clear recommendations that inform strategic decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate efforts to promote Osaic's client and advisor lending solutions across supported platforms, including advisor education and internal advocacy
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and performance metrics for lending solutions, cash management accounts, and other strategic programs as needed
  • Identify new growth opportunities within Osaic's ecosystem and participate in due diligence, evaluation, and onboarding of new partners, products, or solutions
  • Partner with internal departments to support gotomarket strategies, advisor communications, presentations, and promotional materials tied to growth initiatives
  • Determine the most effective methodologies for data analysis and independently solve complex, ambiguous business problems
  • Assist with the implementation and optimization of new tools, platforms, systems, and reporting capabilities related to lending and cash solutions
  • Support strategic planning efforts by producing scenario analysis, financial modeling, and business cases for key initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and automate reporting or operational workflows
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with teams including Operations, Technology, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution
  • Serve as a subjectmatter resource for internal stakeholders on lendingrelated growth initiatives and platform capabilities
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned in support of organizational priorities

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial services, wealth management, platform strategy or a related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
  • Team player with a customer service mentality
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Self-starter who will anticipate challenges and work proactively to resolve issues
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Proficiency in the use of business applications such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working within an entrepreneurial, "roll-up your sleeves" environment
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and alignment with Osaic's values and clientfirst culture

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior financial services industry experience preferred (wealth management, investment management, broker-dealer, banking, RIA, specialty finance)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to consolidate and segment large amounts of data and distilling that into actionable intelligence
  • Experience working directly with financial advisors and a strong understanding of the financial needs of clients
  • Experience with industry leading wealth management tools and platforms
