Production Support Associate

Job Duties:

Perform a variety of routine activities to support the operations team.



  • Input production data into spreadsheets, databases, and/or systems
  • Maintain production reports, files, and other documents
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on volume of production, quality control, product yields, and other aspects of production
  • Organize daily paperwork such as palletizer reports, downtime sheets, operator logs, and put-up sheets
  • Compile necessary data from paperwork and produce daily production reports
  • Inspect data for discrepancies and notify supervisor
  • Write and send out production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors
  • Provide support to or back up roles in quality support, production support, cooler support, ADP e-Time record keeping, and input safety records in Environmental, Health and Safety system, etc.
  • Help to maintain accurate reconciliation of finished product inventories
  • Prepare and compile necessary information for requested audits
  • Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
  • Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 year of operations, administrative, or related experience
  • Certification and/or License - will be required during course of employment


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES



  • Advance in Microsoft Applications- Word, excel, PPT
  • Able to operate office machines including a calculator, scanner, and copy machine.
  • Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
  • Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
  • Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English


Compensation Details:



  • Competitive pay based on experience - $27.00 -$32.00 per hour.
