Director, Mirmont Treatment Center is responsible for the management and coordination of high quality and effective therapy and counseling services at Mirmont Treatment Center and Mirmont Outpatient Centers. They are responsible, in conjunction with the Executive Director and Senior VP of Behavioral Health, for developing and meeting clinical protocols and treatment guidelines, business plan strategies and objectives, which includes program development, implementation, and facilitation of performance improvement initiatives. In cooperation with the leadership team across all locations, they are responsible for assuring the consistency and quality of behavioral health service delivery. Develop and Grow Your Career!
