APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Assemble wafer fabrication equipment using hand tools, fixtures, and detailed work instructions Read and interpret schematics and computer-based instructions to complete builds accurately Inspect parts and components prior to installation to ensure quality standards are met Support production schedules by collaborating with team members and adapting to changing priorities Maintain documentation, complete task sign-offs, and assist with audits and quality checks Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical environment 1+ years of experience using hand tools and reading technical instructions or schematics 1+ years of experience working with computer-based systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) What Sets You Apart: Experience in a cleanroom or Lean manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen Ability to work 12+ hour shifts, including overtime as needed Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
