We lead the identification, development, and management of technology and process solutions, proactively partnering with business areas to build new capabilities, deliver reliable solutions, and thoughtfully manage Hallmark's investment in technology and endtoend processes. The global team within Hallmark Technology supports our core Global Greetings business by delivering technology solutions that drive efficiency and ease of use for our business partners. This organization is responsible for identifying and implementing technology strategies that advance consumer and retail priorities across Hallmark Gold Crown, Hallmark Digital, and Supply Chain. We are a fastpaced, agile team with a strong culture and play a key role in strengthening partnerships between IT and the Global Greetings business, while supporting the execution of a multiyear technology roadmap. WHAT YOU'LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS The EDI Functional Technical Consultant role bridges the gap between technology and business processes, ensuring that our major technology platforms operate effectively and meet the needs of our internal stakeholders and external trading partners. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Hallmark's EDI translation software vendor Cleo and for all external trading partners sending and receiving EDI transactions with Hallmark. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end to end functional and technical oversight of Hallmark's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) ecosystem. Job responsibilities include:
