Risk Management Coordinator - Job Opportunity

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Fulltime Risk Management Coodrinator to join our team:

Position Summary: Assist Director of RMPI with data analysis, filing, regulatory requirement oversight, and facility risk reduction.

Job Duties:

  • Procure charts for Medical Record Audits and prep for monthly peer review.
  • Assist director of RMPI with any complaints or concerns to resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints or forward to QM Specialist for resolution.
  • Collect and enter statistical data in established database.
  • Complete data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain the privacy of both internal and external clients.
  • Monitors/documents HIPAA compliance/violations.
  • Any other duties requested by Dir. Of RMPI

Qualifications

Risk Management Coordinator Job Requirements:

Education/Experience: Associates Degree or higher.

Prefer previous risk management experience, inpatient psychiatric care, and familiarity with regulatory compliance
