Advertising Compliance Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Advertising Compliance Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $33 - $40 per hour

This role focuses on reviewing various advertisements, including websites and traditional materials, to ensure they comply with industry regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial industry experience and strong attention to detail to manage multiple communication streams and prioritize tasks effectively. While the company will provide training on specific advertising compliance rules, a strong desire to learn technical subjects is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Review different advertisements (websites, traditional materials) to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Manage multiple communication streams efficiently
• Prioritize multiple tasks based on complexity
• Navigate multiple technologies efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in the Financial industry
• Series 7, 24, 6, 26, 63, and/or SIE registrations
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Self-directed learner with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to move quickly with due diligence to work with and around limited information
• Ability to learn, take risks, and be open to feedback

Desired skills:

• Advertising compliance experience
