This position leads the bank's private markets platform across private equity, private credit, and real assets. This leadership role is responsible for setting strategy, driving due diligence, and cultivating partnerships with leading fund managers. The director works closely with investment, operational and client teams to deliver best-in-class private market solutions for institutional and ultra-high -net-worth clients. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a growing and fast evolving environment.


Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management - Lead and oversee all private investment due diligence, including manager selection, underwriting and performance evaluation for all private investments. Establish and maintain General Partner relationship pipeline.
  • Client Servicing - Represent the private markets platform with clients and prospects through presentations, updates and support of the relationship and sales teams.
  • Managerial Functions - Provide leadership to private investment resources and collaborate with dedicated and shared investment research team members. .
  • Collaboration - Coordinate with middle-office and operations team to ensure efficient implementation and ongoing administration of private investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Private market investments OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Private market investments

Preferred Education: CFA Charter holder or MBA or PhDLicense or Certification Type: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Preferred

The base pay for this position is generally between $150,000 and $250,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
