Drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of treasury management product offerings that fuel revenue growth and strengthen client value. In this highly visible role, you'll shape product direction, partner across the organization, and lead initiatives that bring innovative solutions to market. What You'll Do:
  • Lead product strategy and lifecycle management, including value proposition development, segmentation, pricing, and performance outcomes.
  • Drive new product development and enhancements by evaluating market trends, competitive intelligence, and client needs.
  • Partner with CDTM leadership and product peers to deliver cohesive, clientfocused treasury solutions.
  • Execute product launches by coordinating design, implementation, and communications across internal teams.
  • Analyze performance, profitability, and market data to recommend product or gotomarket strategy changes.
  • Advocate for assigned product offerings by serving as the subjectmatter expert and supporting training for internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure regulatory and risk alignment by partnering with Legal, Audit, and Credit throughout product development.
What you'll Bring: Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, treasury management, or related business roles
  • Strong knowledge of treasury management products and client use cases
Preferred
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) within 1 year
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 1 year
