The incumbent will assist with study coordination, data collection and management, human and preclinical experiments, and research operations, while gaining training and experience in translational research methodologies. Responsibilities may include assisting with single- or multi-site clinical studies; supporting patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention; collecting and interpreting data; delivering speech and cognition testing; maintaining study databases; ensuring protocol compliance; and contributing to data analysis and dissemination of findings. The Junior Specialist will also have opportunities to contribute to abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations, and to participate in collaborative research activities within the department.
