Recruiter: brittany.johnson@airliquide.com The Counsel (Construction & Claims - Industrial Performance) position at E&T Legal is responsible for leading legal support for project execution for a portfolio of high-value US projects within a complex global supply chain. Reporting to the Director, Industrial Performance Legal Team, the successful candidate will draft and negotiate construction contracts for major projects and procurement agreements for major equipment purchases, and provide on-going legal advice to project execution teams in connection with project execution matters, including the negotiation of disputed change orders and resolution of other project disputes. Additional duties may include assisting with corporate governance and compliance, training on various legal topics, coordinating with other departments, and providing ongoing legal advice to executive management. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree, 4-6+ years of relevant experience, specifically in construction litigation or an EPC project counsel role, and be admitted to practice law in one or more US states. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential, together with an ability to work in an international environment. The position requires the ability to travel both domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Industrial Performance Legal Team, and be primarily responsible for multiple facets of the Company's legal affairs including: Job Responsibilities:
