Position Summary
The Treasury Manager reports to the Senior Director of Treasury and plays a critical leadership role in managing the health system's treasury operations, including enterprise liquidity management, cash operations, debt administration, and capital markets activities. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day treasury operations that support the financial stability of the health system and its mission to deliver high-quality patient care. The Treasury Manager supports the organization's capital financing strategy, including tax-exempt and taxable debt programs used to finance major healthcare infrastructure, facility expansions, and strategic capital investments. The role provides leadership and operational oversight for treasury functions including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, debt compliance, treasury systems administration, and banking relationship management. The Treasury Manager also leads treasury-related audit activities and supports the organization's credit profile through coordination with rating agencies, financial advisors, and senior executive leadership. This position contributes to long-term financial planning and enterprise liquidity strategy, ensuring the organization maintains sufficient financial resources to support clinical operations, capital investments, and strategic growth initiatives. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
